Houses in the suburbs of Kiev once again become more

During the period from 14 to 20 September 2009 the average cost of individual houses (cottages) in the Kiev region grew by 0.89% ($ 8) to 897 dollars per m2 with an average selling price and the average tenure 79 405 dollars, writes SV Development.

In the Ukrainian capital cost of individual houses for the period decreased by 0.32% ($ 4) to 1 175 dollars per m2 - 106 801 dollars per household.

Rating the value of detached houses at areas of Kiev and Kiev region in general (*):

1. Obukhov district - the growth of 0,88% ($ 12) to $ 1 361 / m2.

2. Boryspil district - the growth of 1,03% ($ 12) to $ 1 212 / m2.

3. Kiev Svyatoshinsky area growth - 1.33% ($ 16) to $ 1 205 / m2

4. Vyshgorodsky area growth - 0.32% ($ 3) to $ 942 / m2.

5. Vasilkovsky area growth - 0.64% ($ 6) to $ 939 / m2.

6. Brovarsky district growth - 0.70% ($ 7) to $ 937 / m2.

7. Borodyansky area growth - 0.97% ($ 8) to $ 856 / m2.

8. Makarovsky district - the growth of 0,29% ($ 2) up to $ 754 / m2.

9. Kaharlyk area growth - 0.61% ($ 3) to $ 571 / m2.

10. Fastovsky area growth - 0.46% ($ 2) up to $ 447 / m2.

11. Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky region - growth of 0.58% ($ 2) up to $ 358 / m2.

12. The remaining 10 districts - the growth 0,12-1,84% (at $ 1-9) to 175 - $ 439 / m2.

The volume of proposals (**) villas by region Kiev region:

1. Kiev-sanctimonious district - 24%

2. Vasilkovsky district - 16%

3. Boryspil district - 9%

4. Obukhov district - 8%

5. Vyshgorodsky district - 8%

6. Brovarsky District - 6%

7. Kaharlyk District - 5%

8. Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky region - 5%

9. Borodyansky District - 3%

10. Makarov District - 2%

11. Fastovsky district - 2%

12. The remaining 10 districts - 12% (from 0,5% to 1,5)

(*) Cost of 1 m2 of cottages includes the cost of land (Croft) and house (cottage villages in the analysis do not participate).
