According to analysts, now in Kiev "idle" about 30 thousand apartments to rent. In recent months, the market is not more than 500-600 transactions.

Experts note that a significant number of customers in the rental market has lost face students, who now prefer to rent an apartment in the suburbs. According to the real estate market participants, the bulk of the Kiev rental apartments are investment.
